"The bed was super comfy. Plenty of room. The sleeper sofa was too soft for me, but the other seating worked fine as I wasn't in much except when it rained, or getting dark. Lighting was good. Able to read without any trouble. Had everything needed in kitchen. The toaster doesn't have a crumb catch pan, so I just used a cookie sheet and that worked fine. The neighborhood was very quiet and being gated, very safe. Lots close by, like Publix, restaurants, shops, thrifts, etc."

"This property was exactly as advertised—very new, modern, and elegant. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay and I truly enjoyed the experience.However, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. There was trash left under the bed in the bunk room, popcorn behind the sofas, and food residue on the floors. I also noticed spider webs along the baseboards down stairs near the stairs. Additionally, the walls could use a light wipe-down due to visible fingerprints, likely from previous guests.While these issues did not completely take away from the stay, they were noticeable and should be addressed. With better attention to cleaning, this property would be outstanding.Despite this, I would consider staying here again because of how nice the property itself is. I just strongly recommend improving the cleaning standards.Thank you Bama"

"Love Phoenix on the Bay! The lazy river is the main reason I stay and it is the best...and this time we had a treat enjoying the company of a Blue Heron! This unit was very nice and clean. My questions were answered very quickly. It was close to the parking area. Everything was in working order. No complaints. Enjoyed it!"

"Nice location, easy to get in and out of. Right on the beach and you can see the fishing boats come in and out in the mornings and afternoon.Would recommend and would stay there again."
