While the outside of the building is not very attractive, the apartment itself was surprisingly nice — very clean, tidy, and well equipped. "Pierre was very accommodating. Let us drop our bags off early and then leave them after we checked out and had several hours before our flight. The place was great, perfect for 2 people, in a great location."

"Communication with the property was extremely poor from the beginning. It took a very long time to receive responses, which made the entire process frustrating and difficult to manage. The check-in details provided were incorrect, which created unnecessary confusion on arrival. More importantly, there was no running water in the apartment for two days during the stay. This is a basic necessity, and it made the property uninhabitable. As a result, the guests had no choice but to check out early....
