"This hotel was great, especially the breakfast and the two pools. My least favorite part was actually the room, which was quite small and a long walk to get to. There was light coming from the sides of the windows and under the floor that were on all night, making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and with excellent staff."

"Can't say enough about Posada Terra Santo! A fantastic spot --all 5-star,--staff, location, room, restaurant, amenities. A modern renovated hotel in a 16th century space. Breakfast is a plus and we always looked forward to the breakfast service. Glad we stayed there!"

"What a great find!!! We stayed during 2026 eclipse. Location is AMAZING for Palma near bars, restaurants & shops. Couldn’t be more central. The rooms and interiors design are good nice modern vibe. Good breakfast but the staff!!! The staff are AWSOME👌👏👏💕. Couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Bravo to you all💕. Also a nice little roof top area with modest plunge pool and decent views to chill in if you want to. Not to be over looked, there was also a lovely helpful bar man (sorry I can’t remember your name). I recommend the Mojito and Pina Colada’s 😉. Would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. Well done!!"

"The hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. My room was comfortable and nicely kept, although it was a little on the small side and we had 2 single beds attached The gym was amazing and very well equipped, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Mallorca. Parking is available on the street, but we were always able to find a spot relatively close to the hotel, which was very convenient. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. I found it a little expensive considering the variety of options available. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness, facilities, and overall condition of the hotel made it a great place to stay, and I would definitely consider coming back."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"Great location and one of the nicest atmospheres in a hotel we’ve come across! Very impressed overall, we did stay at the deluxe/ premium and it was a bit smaller than pictured, the bathroom is aesthetic but not closed off fully from the bedroom. Wish there was more closet space and seemed to get very dusty quickly. Parking is difficult as you cannot access via car / van thru the narrow alley and must park at garage. Huge shoutout to Rafa, Jose, and the turn down service cleaning lady! They made a wonderful impression."

"We had a great stay at Es Princep and will return someday. The beautifully-designed Es Princep is located within walking distance to all of the incredible sights of the old city of Palma. This is important to note as we discovered it was faster to walk (8-12 minutes) than wait 5 minutes for a taxi (8 Euros). We were consistently greeted and served by an excellent front-desk team. They helped us to: plan our sightseeing trips, get our car from the garage, obtain tickets to the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma (Gaudi’s modifications), and recommended excellent local restaurants. Additionally, the food and staff in their delicious breakfast buffet were top notch. As was the housekeeping staff who were all hardworking and friendly."
