"The staff stole an $80 medicated rub from my wifes toiletries that she uses on my back (I've broken 13 vertabra in the past and that's why I have it). It was in a tote bag on the ground next the phone in the room. We came back from lunch and the tote bag was empty. They had emptied the trash but not other cleaning was done like they took it and never came back. We requested they come back to the room 6 times. Nothing was done BUT they did come to ask about missing clothes someone had forgotten in the drawer...very upset."

"Room was large, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great view of the harbor. Busy street between hotel and harbor...lots of traffic noise to about 11 PM. Short walk to Aquarium and other harbor activities. "

"The hotel itself was okay. After calling 5x's with no answer house keeping did finally respond to my request for an extra blanket and a set of towels. 2 hours later they did bring it to the room. I went to take a shower that evening the water was cold. I called guest services and maintenance showed up made an adjustment where it was now lukewarm. I was just like whatever, its better than it was. BTW the maintenance guy was excellent. Then we had to stare at a pile of soiled linen stacked up right across from our room for the two days we were there. I only saw housekeeping 1 time in the hotel, and that was when they answered my request. The staff was friendly overall. The expeience, I would definitely not stay here again because of it."

"Parking was safe and easy, the staff was kind, but the room was dirty and there was a dirty used dildo behind the TV. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Older hotel with a lack of modern amenities. Parking beneath the hotel was expensive and poorly lit. I would probably make a different choice next time I visit the Johns Hopkins university area of Baltimore. "

"This was a spacious and cozy unit for one person! The bedroom was a good size, the kitchen had lots of appliances and was well-stocked, the shower pressure in the bathroom was great and I experienced no issues with the Wifi or TV (although someone in the upstairs unit accidentally sent their Apple connect code to my TV instead of theirs, temporarily interrupting what I was watching).Being a basement apartment, the entire unit was cold but bedroom especially was REALLY cold. There's a personal A/C unit by the bed that had a vent hooked up to the window, and because of the way it was set up, the window couldn't close all the way and let in a considerable draft. This left the bedroom around the same temperature as it was outside and the rest of the unit only mildly warmer when the furnace would run. I was able to circumvent this by wearing layers and covering the bed with extra blankets, but for what it's worth, it rained for two days of my stay and the room stayed dry.There were also a few bugs here and there, but they didn't stick around. The bathroom sink has no counter but enough space to stack things around it. The front entrance (and really the whole kitchen except for in front of the sink) had no carpeting, rugs or mats, so when it rained I took a spare towel from the bedroom closet and used it as a floor mat so it wouldn't get dirty or muddy.Overall, this was a very peaceful and quiet stay and I would return when it's warmer!"
