Surprisingly good

After reading some reviews I expected it to be run down and dirty. Maybe this was a long time ago for those people but when I stayed the rooms were very clean and the staff were above and beyond pleasant. It was quiet and accommodating and couldn't ask for anything more for the price. Highly recommended.

I stayed two nights. The staff at the front counter were awesome. Checked me in quick and they were very friendly. The hotel seemed rather old and stained. Bedsheets and towels were clean but the walls and floors were stained and it had a slightly strange smell. I slept fine though.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The cigarette smile was all over. Even the bed sheet has cigarette burn. They have the cheapest hand towels in the market. The staff were nice and friendly.

It was sooooooooo run-down and roaches were on the floor. The tub was filthy!!!!! The bed was small and didn't smell clean at all...i left and stayed somewhere else it was that bad. The front desk staff was awesome.

This property was run down, had roaches, the mattress was like sleeping on steel pads. you were really sleeping on the steel inner mattress springs. They ran out of hot water, the ice machines, there were two of them were not working at all. I had to buy ice elsewhere. the front staff desk folks were great.

The room did not look like the photos. Room needs painting etc. Non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. There wasn’t a pull-out bed, as per online. Staff was accommodating to change rooms. Second room also smelled of smoke but not as bad.

Hellway Inn

I read in the description of the room it was going to have a double sofa bed in the room handheld showerhead, premium channels and free wifi. None of these so called upgrades were present and i paid 15 bucks extra for this so called upgraded room. Either hotels.com are including false details about the room to drawl people in or Rodeway Inn is provide false information about there rooms. There was mo sofa, no premium channels and no handheld showerhead. The wifi is a joke. They have wifi but it doesn't work. The only extras included in the room was a mouse, some cockroaches, blood on a towel and what looked very much like seamen in the toilet and on the chair. "Oh yeah and the cold showers my husband and I had to take were amazing " there was no hot water nice right. I advice anyone thinking to stay at the hellway inn find another place. There's a lot of way better hotel's around and they are cheaper
