This opulently decorated, spacious, renovated townhouse is located in the heart of very safe Fells Point. Sleeping arrangements for 6. Blazing fast 1GB Wifi, dedicated work space, 1 street parking permit, 65" Smart TV, and only 3 short blocks (3 min walk) to the bustling Fells Point waterfront. Just far enough to sleep undisturbed!

THE SPACE:
We are the only VRBO listing in the city offering a real (non-inflatable) hot tub. The patio is an oasis escape complete with a 6-person hot tub, string lights, pergola with retractable canopy, and plants. We are 1-3 blocks from all the restaurants/bars/cafes/activities Fells Point has to offer. 1 mile (6 min drive) from the Johns Hopkins Hospital.

1 parking permit is included with your stay for free street parking. Keyless entry using the smart-lock digit keypads on both the front and back doors.

Living room boasts a 65" Smart TV with Netflix access provided. Please note, you will need your own account to login to any other streaming application besides Netflix.

Fully stocked kitchen includes 4 stove-top with griddle, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer (with ice maker), and every possible cooking utensil and amenity you could need, including: glasses, plates/bowls, silverware, microwave, toaster, blender, assorted pots/pans, baking ware, storage containers, cutting boards, and knife set.

Start your day caffeinated with our dedicated Coffee and Tea Bar, boasting a Mr. Coffee drip coffee machine, espresso machine, and French press. Coffee and tea are included for your stay! The dining table seats 4, but can accommodate up to 6 (pull up 2 living room chairs).

The poker room boasts a 4-person poker table with lavish seating, a record player, and select records for your enjoyment. We have playing cards, poker chips, and multiple other games for both adults and children to enjoy. There are several record stores in the neighborhood if you wish to purchase and play your own. The record player speakers can also connect to your phone via Bluetooth.

The half-bath is conveniently located on the lower level. The full-bath (with shower and separate soaking tub) is located on the second level with 1 of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is located on the third floor.

The space sleeps 6 total: 2 king beds and 2 twin air mattresses.

Washer and dryer with detergent and dryer balls included for your stay.

Little ones welcome! Pack-n-play and high chair are provided free of charge.

Enjoy choice art pieces in each bedroom and throughout the common spaces.

Both fireplaces are non-functional.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Fells Point is one of the safest and most sought-after destinations in Baltimore! There are tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightclubs mere blocks away. Affogato cat cafe is just down the block from us and we are 3 short blocks from the Fells Point waterfront. The Baltimore Inner Harbor, Aquarium, Little Italy, Harbor East, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and renowned Patterson Park are all within walking distance. Oriole and Raven stadiums are less than 2 miles away.

GETTING AROUND:
Fells Point offers countless activities within walking distance. If you want to venture a bit farther, we suggest Uber/Lyft, or rent the electric scooters (Bird, Link, etc.) that are readily available throughout the neighborhood. The Baltimore Water Taxi has a stop next to Ampersea restaurant (walking distance) that can take you to the other side of the Inner Harbor and to the Canton Waterfront Park.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Strictly no smoking (including on the patio) and no wild parties! "Gatherings" are subject to prior approval (message us what you have planned and we'll let you know if appropriate).

The hot tub is available 98% of the year. Very occasionally guest misuse or sub-freezing temps may render it briefly unusable.

The free street permit parking is subject to availability (i.e. if you're trying to find a spot at midnight on a weekday it may take you 5-10min of circling the block). If you have more than one car, you can either pay metered parking (enforced 8-6 Mon-Sat), pay to park in one of the garages a few blocks from us, or find free street parking outside of the permit zone. The metered parking is the cheapest/closest option (1 block over) and you can conveniently pay via ParkMobile on your phone.

We want you to enjoy the space, but please be mindful that sound carries from the patio and if you are blasting music or yelling loudly, the whole neighborhood will hear you. Quiet hours run from 10pm-8am. You can keep the party going at the bars and clubs within 3 minutes walk (just out of earshot, but close enough for you to stumble home from)! The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any given time is 6.

Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. There is plenty of seating in the dining area for you to enjoy your meals.
