A gem that beats the alternatives in South Laurel. Great location handy to I-95. Near all the necessary shopping and services in South Laurel ... including Enterprise Rent a Car on Route 1. Peaceful neighborhood, and no neighbor's noises. A sunny, spacious home with calming decor. Comfy place good for unwinding after a busy day. The penthouse bathroom's soaking tub is a real treat after a difficult journey. Large capacity, like-new washer-dryer pair. Gas stove/oven. I love the sofa that won't let you lose pocket items between/under cushions. The beds, linens, appliances, supplies are good quality and adequate in quantity. No overly fragranced products. Really clean indoor air; odor-free home. Wonderful floor plan but note there are steep stairs required to access everything except the game room. If your mobility is good, this is nice toning for the lower body. If you plan to park large vehicles in the car port, check the dimensions. We parked two compact vehicles side-by-side okay. Michael takes hosting seriously. He wants you to be glad you stayed. If there's any specific needs for your stay, be sure to discuss. I hope to book this charming home again when I return to Laurel MD, but I'm sure there will be competition from other renters.
