Pamela, we are so sorry to hear that your room did not live up to your expectations. It is our expectation that, when you tell the staff about a room issue, the staff will offer you your choice of resolving the issue or granting you a different room. Although there is nothing in walking distance, we do have many fine restaurants within a short drive of the hotel. On Joppa Road alone, there is a seafood restaurant called Mo's Seafood, a sports bar called Glory Days, a Qdoba, a Cheezy's Pizza, an Applebee's, in addition to a Wawa and various fast-food options, too—all within a two-minute drive of the hotel.
