House of the Blackheads, prettiest and most famous, is a building situated in the old town of Riga, Latvia. The original building was erected during the first third of the 14th century for the Brotherhood of Blackheads, a guild for unmarried merchants, shipowners, and foreigners in Riga. Major works were done in the early 17th century, adding most of the Mannerist ornamentation. However, it got bombed by the Germans in 1941, and demolished by the Soviets in 1948, and got rebuilt in 1996, soon after their independence from the Soviets.

"VROB 13 Mar to 18 Mar Address: Carnikava Latvia I booked this VROB on the Monday the 11th of March Received the above confirmation. When I arrived on the 13th no one was around even though I received a check in confirmation. I chatted with the Owner & she never heard of VROB & never listed the residence that is in the picture.
