"War ein rundum toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft, alles top gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, alles einwandfrei sauber. Nettes älteres Vermieterehepärchen, freundlich und auch immer sehr gesprächsbereit. Ungefähr 5 Autominuten bis zum Strand in Kölpinsee, sehr toller Strand und auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind super.Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nächsten Ort vorhanden.(Aldi,Edeka) Karls Erdbeerhof ist auch im Nebenort, da ist ein Besuch auch immer lohnenswert. 2/10 Terrible

"Wow this hotel went down hill lately. Everything is outdated, room was dirty, hair on floor and bed :/ during our 4 night stay, not even once we received cleaning service, or fresh towels or toilet paper. Even found hair in the coffee station. Furniture, even toilet was yellow. I typically love staying at Radissons all over the world but this location was more of a motel feel for me . "

"The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel. Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location. Just their concept of supporting customers is way off - set your expectations low."

"Worse than Radisson. The bathroom reeked of cigarettes; I had to ask for a room change. The window couldn't be opened, there was no option for fresh scrambled eggs with onions at breakfast, which is a regular menu for me when I travel, and the selection of fruit and fresh vegetables was poor. Overall, the standard was very average to mediocre, but I'd call it a 3-star hotel, maybe 3.5, but certainly not 4."

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und schönem Wellnessbereich. Sehr gute Lage- nahe zum Strand und Promenade. Parkgarage mit etwas hohem Gebühr. Die Zimmer mit viel Platz und bequemen Betten. Wenig Auswahl bei Tee auf Zimmer, Kaffeepulver vorhanden, aber keine Milch."
