More like 3 star. Very expensive but no refrigerator, no front desk dial, no safe and no amenities in room. Extra 30 euros a day for parking and no other option. Good location and breakfast. Some rude staff.

Buffet disappointing!!!!!!!
The buffet should have handled a lot better. Children will allowed to up to the buffet without mask and without their parents. I thought this was a terrible display of cleanliness especially during this time of COVID-19.

Nice hotel but needs a lot of improvement.
Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location is very good & only steps away from the beach. The room was lacking many basic things like slippers, a phone,AC, fridge or even complimentary water bottles. Toiletries were very limited to all in one Shampoo. Breakfast was good but the same items repeated on both days. They have a mini market which was a good thing. No playroom for biliard or table tennis but you can rent bicycles. It was a nice stay but the hotel needs to improve alot.

Awesome hotel at awesome location
The hotel is situated right on the beach. Hotel is very clean and tidy and I found it very comfortable. Don't forget to try the breakfast, they have quite a large spread. I'm looking forward to try the Spa and massages next time

Relaxing Retreat
We had a great experience, we are from Canada and had excellent service from the front desk, who spoke great English. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to the beach and boardwalk, walk into town, very lovely. The included breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is ultra modern inside with very nice aesthetics. The breakfast was good with a wide variety. The hotel is right by the beach. I liked it.

Nice Property, would stay there Again!
Beautiful Property located on the beach walk. The addition of Nivea products in the room....two thumbs up! Also the breakfast that was included was plentiful with so much variety. The only minus was no A/C as it was so hot the days I was there, though very few hotels in Europe have A?C.

The internet was terrible both in signal strength and consistency. It cut out approximately every 10-15 minutes and the TV had no signal at all

Good value of a clean, efficient hotel
This hotel is still new with modern (if somewhat cold) decor; and due to the big size of the hotel, it lacks charm but everything is clean and very efficient. Slightly odd decor of glass wall of shower (yes, see though from the room), so it's much better for couples, but there's a curtain you can draw for some privacy. The dining area is self-serve system, which works well without being like a cafeteria. The location is very convenient that the beach is a few steps away and restaurants are several minutes walking distance.

Nice hotel, spacious room.
Hotel room is spacious, clean & simple. It's so simple that there is no kleenex tissue, coffee maker, phone. The bath mat is so small that one have to be careful not to step outside of the mat!

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt recht angenehm. Das Hotel wirkt relativ modern. Personal war nett und meist zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Bereich war schön, sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend. Lediglich die Temperatur der Whirlpools war uns etwas zu kühl, 2 grad über Schwimmbecken hat uns persönlich nicht gereicht. Die Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung, nur hatten wir bei uns nicht wirklich das Gefühl, dass ordentlich geputzt wurde. Laut Rezeption soll alle zwei Tage geputzt werden, das wirkte bei uns nicht so. Auch die Handtücher, welche wir zum Tausch auf den Boden gelegt hatten, wurden nicht angerührt. Das Frühstück war gut, uns hat es da an nichts gefehlt. Kaffee und Kuchen am Nachmittag waren in Ordnung, wenn man draußen sitzt muss man sich jedoch vor den Möwen in acht nehmen. Beim Abendessen hat uns etwas die Abwechslung gefehlt. Es wurde zwar bspw. von Gnochis auf Schufpnudeln gewechselt, Soße war aber immer die Selbe. Selbiges war beim Fisch und beim Braten.

Die Zimmer sind einfach und teuer, ohne Wasserkocher oder die Möglichkeit Trinkwasser zu zapfen. Ein Zimmerservice findet nicht jeden Tag statt. Ostseesand am Fußboden ist somit vorprogrammiert.

Herrliches Hotel! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort. Alles war wunderbar sauber, sehr gut organisiert und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Großer Pluspunkt ist der Eintritt ins Schwimmbad, welcher für Hotelgäste priorisiert ist. Im Zimmer könnten (wie im Vorjahr schon mal angemerkt) mehr Haken für nasse Handtücher und Bademäntel angebracht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gut. …Fenster allerdings sehr schmutzig, Bademäntel löchrig,Handtücher sollten einer Sorte angehören und weiß sein. Zimmerausgestaltung gewöhnungsbedürftig ..kaum Möglichkeiten Badesachen trocknen zu können. Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut und abwechselnd. Man muss die gläserne Badgestaltung und „offene Toilette „ akzeptieren.

Wieder hervorragendes Buffet morgens und abends. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer in der 8. Etage war mittelmäßig vom Standard. Abschminktücher und Klimaanlage wären wünschenswert. Die Bademäntel waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten Lage top; Parkhaus praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen wieder.

Wenn die Reinigung der Zimmer alle zwei Tage durchgeführt wird, was nicht zu bemängeln wäre, sollte man es auch tun. Es war an einem Tag für kurze Zeit das Schild "Bitte nicht Stören" an der Tür aber auch da wäre es möglich gewesen etwas später die Reinigung durchzuführen. Schade, hatte auch keine Reinigungspersonal gesehen sonst hätte ich sie um einen Besen gebeten um den Balkon zu kehren. Laut Auskunft der Rezeption, "..nicht in der Zimmerreinigung enthalten.."

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass das Einzelzimmer für über 200€ für mich eine doch sehr teure Buchung war. Umso erstaunter war ich dann, welche Dinge nicht (!) geboten werden: -keine saftey box / safe im Zimmer -kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer (auch nicht zum Ausleihen) -kein täglicher Zimmerservice ( nur alle zwei Tage) Mein Zimmer war im 3.Stock, direkt über der Raucherterrasse. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen bedeutet: es riecht nach Rauch im Zimmer! Eingerichtet sind die Zimmer im "Ibis-Style", aber größer. Der Speisesaal ist schön, Terrasse super. Frühstück gut, besonders die Eierstation. Bei der Auswahl an Nüssen wird gespart. Sehr toll ist: -das Spa - der Fitnessraum / Gym Beides im Preis drin. Das Servicepersonal ist gut. Würde ich es nochmal buchen? Wahrscheinlich schon, aber wohl nur in der kühleren Jahreszeit. Dann ist das Spa, mit dem beheizten Aussenbecken besonders toll!
