About this property

Lakefront Cottage 2 min to downtown

  • 2 bedroom Cottage with 90 ft of lakefront on Balsam Lake. Only 2 minutes to downtown BL! Beautiful view with large dock and pontoon rental if available for only $275/day plus gas. Please contact directly to reserve at: 612-408-0451.
    ** Rental increase to $275/day for reservations received after 1-4-2025.
    Cottage is dog friendly @$30/night/per dog.
    Excellent Fishing, Restaurants on the lake and so many fun things to do nearby. Visit Balsam Lake Connection-WI on Facebook for updates on local activities.
    Please be advised that if I am not aware of parties bringing personal watercrafts that I can guarantee dock space. The large dock is shared with the main house next door which is also listed for rental. Each property has their own grill and firepit and the front and back yards are very spacious for all to enjoy outside lawn games. Paddle Boat and 2 Kayaks are also available for use.
