"We are a family of 6 that stayed here from March 28th to April 4th. This was our 2nd stay in PR but first time at Casa Amapola. For our family, this 5 bedroom house was perfect. Each kid had their own room and the layout of the common areas and outdoor space provided enough room for preparing food, dining, and playing as a family. The pool, although small, was great for cooling off and playing around. There were pool floats, toys and outdoor games for keeping everyone entertained. Pros:The hosts were great at communicating and making sure we were informed and comfortable.The community is gated, with secure access from the road and the beach, providing a high level of safety.The views and proximity to the beach are hard to beat.The house came equipped with everything a family could possibly need and then some to feel right at home. The hosts thought of everything and even special touches that you wouldn't expect. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and cleaning essentials and even had a stocked pantry with spices, seasonings, condiments, coffee filters, etc. They provided a basket with insect spray (which we didn't need, but was nice to have in case), sunscreen, after-sun care, ponchos, first-aid kit, medicines, etc. The bathrooms had toiletries, q-tips, facial tissues, etc. Again, all things that you don't really think about but add a nice touch. The house had board games, beach towels and chairs, beach toys, coolers, fishing rods, portable speaker, etc."

" The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The personnel was very friendly. It is conveniently located in downtown area which made it easy to reach restaurants and shopping centers about a 10-minute drive away. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room still needs some work, particularly the crystal-clear door that lacks a sunshade at the top. This affects privacy and allows too much light into the room, especially in the morning during resting hours. Additionally, the electric plug connector and the bathroom mirror light were not working. The parking situation in front of the hotel is also a concern. It is located on a very narrow road, which could put guest vehicles at risk of being hit by careless drivers passing by. The hotel does not have a pool or an elevator, which may be something to consider for guests who expect those amenities. Overall, it’s a clean hotel with responsive staff and a convenient location, but a few practical improvements could make the stay even better."

"Its really nice and romantic. Nice place to unwind after a long touristy day. If you arrive at night it wil be dark and scary. However, in the day, its is quite quaint. Breakfast is wonderful"

"We were looking for a quiet and beautiful place to spend a long weekend with friends. Elizabeth's place was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and the bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with enough supplies for our stay. The pool was perfect and it overlooked a beautiful coastal beach in southeastern Puerto Rico. Elizabeth was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa."

"We had such a great time staying here. Place was very clean. It was spacious. Wrap around porch is huge and has a nice breeze, we ate breakfast everyday there, was so relaxing. Short walk to beautiful private beach!! Local restaurant food was Amazing!!. Host is phenomenal !! Very attentive and communication was excellent ! Luanne really cares about her guests!! "
