Right on the beach near the Ferris wheel - 1 bedroom

  • Newly renovated, modern and extremely comfortable beachfront apartment in Barra Norte. The view is spectacular: sea and Ferris wheel right from the living room, with incredible lighting. Prime location on Avenida Atlântica, restaurants and markets, perfect for experiencing Balneário on foot. The space: - Bedroom/suite: comfortable queen bed, air-conditioned and cosy atmosphere for relaxation. Full bathroom. (Child-size single mattress). Living room: Sofa, smart TV, air conditioning, and panoramic window with views of the sea and the Ferris wheel. Kitchen: Equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, and complete utensils for meal preparation. Laundry: Washing machine and dryer available in the apartment. Guest access: The guest will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Other Observations: NO PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE! However, the building has parking spaces for rent. If you need one, please let us know in advance so we can reserve it. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the building premises. Pets are not allowed in the property. We provide linens and also leave 1 roll of toilet paper as a courtesy for the start of your stay. Self check-in for your convenience and autonomy. Check-in: from 3 PM Check-out: until 11 AM
