"This was a really beautiful hotel the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that the rooms were small and hot and we had to keep the window open all night and it was kinda in the middle of no where and not walking distance to downtown. Though accomedation in the city is very expensive, this was the cheapest option, and it was really worth it because it was beautiful and the common area was really fun to hang out in with a good bar and market across the street. So I would stay here again. "

"Nancy, the owner, provided top-shelf hospitality both through her facility and personally through her customer service! As a hostel, she really goes above and beyond, and Friendly Auberge would be a bargain at twice the price! Don't even get me started about how much I loved her fixed-price pilgrim menu in the restaurant! For me personally, her being an ex-pat American was hugely valuable as I cannot speak French."

"A great stop for travelers flying in or out! This hotel was a quick stop for a few hours of sleep and a shower before our very early flight from TLS. The room and the bathroom were very clean, modern and spacious, the bed was comfortable. We liked the variety of ready-to-heat meals sold in glass jars that we heated in the microwave (the room had a nice kitchenette) for a late dinner. Parking was full as far as we could tell in the dark. We ended up leaving our rental on the side of the path that...
