Website and booking sites show a huge old manor house but our accommodation ended up being in a Marriot on a golf course. I wouldn't consider it a 5 star hotel. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable however the bathroom was shabby, dirty and the door didn't close properly. Breakfast was included and had a good selection."

The outdoor space was perfect for happy hour and for the children to run around and play games. The beds were high quality and very cozy. We felt like royalty! Mullinahone is a perfect home base for touring Ireland The town was a very short and safe walk with our 9 young children. People in town were so warm and friendly. Eileen was very helpful and quick to respond with any of our questions. I would stay here again and highly recommend it"
