"Brilliant from start to finish, from the wee man at the front door doing the complimentary valet parking to the waiting staff was exceptional, the food was just beautiful in all the restaurants especially the Castle kitchen restaurant and the added bonus was the transport to the castle , excellent!!!! The spa and thermal village is just amazing even in January!!!! We will definitely return in the not too distant future, 5 star !"
