"Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. We were woken by screams one of the nights and the staff patrolled the corridors to check everyone was alright which I thought was reassuring. Great location and super close to two reasonably priced car parks. "

"A lavish luxury 4 star hotel in a great city centre location walking distance to the Victoria shopping centre well worth booking...staff were really friendly... room was great ...breakfast restaurant was lovely looking out to the two famous dock cranes...the only downside with a city centre hotel they dont have their own parking so you have to pay for the multistorey but they will validate your ticket for a discount."

"Our room was on the 4th floor. No issue with that but there seemed to be a little cluster of rooms all quite close together. Again no issues with neighbours or noise. The room was just disappointing. A view of a brick wall and a yard meaning there was very little natural light in the room. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The desk seemed to be out of place and the bathroom could have been a little tidier. The food and staff were great in all honesty, pity the room tarnished it a bit."
