"Room was large but definitely needed a facelift/upgrade (and that was considering we had already received an upgrade from the hotel!). In addition, the hotel only opened the day we arrived after renovations (not flagged in advance by either Hotels,Com or the hotel itself !!!) so limited dining and bar options were available so a bit disappointing."

"A stay at Lough Bawn house is always good for the soul. It’s a beautifully tranquil place to visit and to relax. Beautiful period house with matching decor and ambiance. Warm and comfortable to stay and read a book while looking out over the lake. Highly recommended. "
