"Beautiful room, very spacious and wonderful amenities. Front desk staff helpful and friendly! Also bartenders. Menus in both restaurants limited and static throughout our stay. Restaurants (both) wait staff inexperienced and green. Some not knowledgeable of condiments/menu items available. GOAT cheese beignets varied in presentation when ordered on two different occasions. Laundry was misplaced into wrong room but this was a needed service and reasonable price. Would consider returning. Love the location by the water."

"Room was very clean with crisp clean bedding. The only point to make is the water inlet from the toilet cistern into the bowl was water stained. Chunky chips would be a nice option as skinny fries just don’t go with battered fish! A proper veggie burger would also be nice rather than the vegan pretend to be a burger, though the potato wedges were very good. Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant and a big shout out to Scott for assisting me at breakfast."

"We were lucky enough to be offered an early check in and had a lovely lunch in the hotel. The staff were really helpful and booked us in for dinner in the evening. The room was a really good size with a fantastic walk in shower. The staff were lovely and chatty when we ordered our meals which were delicious and great portion sizes. We took a walk around the different garden areas round the hotel as it was a lovely evening. Would highly recommend this hotel ame can't wait to come back."

"Immediately warm and welcoming. Comfortable, clean, tasteful and so many thoughtful extras. A extremely generous welcome pack with all sorts of treats! One of the best laid out and comprehensive information booklets I’ve come across, which made using the facilities straightforward and easy. Location is great - on a quiet street but in close proximity to pubs, restaurants, shops etc Jonathan is a fantastic, very approachable and thoughtful host - nothing ever seemed to be too much bother and he made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay."
