This spacious open floor plan ranch is nestled on 3 acres in Charlton, NY which is 10 minutes outside the Village of Ballston Spa and 15 minutes to Saratoga. That is dining, shopping, casinos, concerts and the night life at your fingertips!


Master Bedroom - King size bed with master bathroom, walk in closet, dedicated workspace with wi-fi printer and wall mounted Smart TV.

Bedroom 1 - King size bed with closet, dedicated workspace and Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 - King size bed, walk in closet and wall mounted Smart TV.

Bathroom 1 - Full bath located in hallway between bedroom 1 and 2.

Guest Bath - Half bath located off front foyer.
