"Staff very nice, Clean hotel, comfortable bed"

"It was an older motel, but they did renovations and it is very pleasing. The rooms were very clean. Love the location and you can find places to eat real close as well as the highway is right there. I would stay there again when in the area "

"The room was acceptably clean, details are always an issue everywhere. Very annoying was an odor that smelled like covered up dog pee. It might have just been the cleaning chemicals that I’m not used to."

"The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was a previously used bar of soap left behind, which was very off-putting. The wall heating unit was extremely dirty, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable turning it on and ended up keeping it off all night. The TV felt outdated, the walls had exposed nails with no artwork, and the carpets were visibly filthy. I will say the staff were kind and courteous, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel is unacceptable and in serious need of renovation. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind cleanliness issues, it may work for you. But if you can spend a little more for a better, cleaner hotel, I strongly recommend doing so. I personally would not stay here again."

"The rooms smell, like animals or something wet. It’s gross. Other than that, the rooms appeared clean. There was a party next door to our room. I mean teenagers, marijuana smoking, music blasting and talking/yelling. It was not an enjoyable night!"

"No hangers, no hooks, holes in walls, one bar of soap for whole bathroom, no shampoo, no body wash, fuzzy tv reception, people yelling at night in other rooms."

"When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room would be the option as they were totally booked. I quickly pulled up the reservations and could have reserved a room myself on my phone so tell me how they were out of rooms? Then, miraculously, they reached out again to let me know they had a room with 2 beds available after all. I am glad we were able to sleep in the room we booked BUT the stress of this situation and feeling very misled and lied to makes me never want to stay here again."
