"This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum. I stayed there for the MotoGP race weekend, and they basically tripled their rate and then cut the "all-inclusive" that is advertised all over the hotel down to a bed and breakfast service. "On going to the reception on Sunday evening, I asked where we could get two more capsules of coffee for the coffee machine in our room. The reply we received from the receptionist was very poor and not what we would expect fron this hotel. The reply we received was 'There is no more free coffee, you will need to buy any further coffee from the bar. A very disappointing experience indeed."
