"What can I say about St Regis Goa?! We stayed here to celebrate my Husband’s birthday in style and we were not disappointed. Everything was to perfection, from the minute we entered the gates of the hotel to the taxi that dropped us off to the airport, we loved each and every minute of our time. We were respected, doted upon, well looked after in all aspects of our stay and the service was always with a bright beaming smile. Our Butler was exceptional and so was the entire spa and service team. Nothing seem to be too much for them and there were elements of surprises planned for us which were not asked for but very much appreciated. We truly had the time of our lives at our first St Regis property, and we couldn’t be happier to one day return and see some friendly faces. We truly appreciate and admire the time and effort that went into looking after us and ensuring that we had the best time! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the the staff were welcoming, accommodating, helpful and courteous. In fact, my experience with Holiday Inn started when I booked the hotel a few months ago. I emailed several times and each time they responded quickly, efficiently, politely and with helpful information. Nothing was ever too much for them and their communication skills are excellent - this gave me great confidence after I made the booking. (Other hotels lacked this which did not give me the reassurance I needed). As far as I am concerned, my holiday starts when I have made the booking and having reassurance is extremely important otherwise instead of looking forward to it, you can be worried. Thank you to all those staff on the front desk who responded to my emails. Also a big thank you to concierge for going to the pharmacy to get me medicine for the infected bites I had. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff throughout were extremely accommodating especially to some of the dietary requirements we had. Thank you to all the chefs for making us the dishes we required. We celebrated two wedding anniversaries and the staff acknowledged this. We also organised a surprise private beach dinner which was beautiful and a lovely experience - thank you Praveen for this. The hotel has a private access to the beach, well worth it. The beach was extremely clean, even the water was clear, so so clean! I was extremely impressed with it! "

"James and the team make this property outstanding! There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didn’t close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really can’t do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning "

"This is a lovely modern well appointed apartment in a great location . A few minutes away from restaurants & bars: About a 10 minute walk to the beach . The place was really great - we would highly recommend it & happily stay there again . The landlord was very attentive to communication & any small issues were sorted out quickly ."

"We normally stay in 5* hotels but as our previous hotel went corporate with too many weddings and events we chose Lucianas where we spent 27 days. From start to finish our stay was excellent and completely hassle free. This en-suite room is basic but is spacious and clean with everything you need. The housekeeping was amazing clean sheets every day and well cleaned. We had a large terrace to sit out on and enjoy the peace. The swimming pool was well kept and clean. The staff were excellent they were all charming, friendly, polite and only wanted to please and make sure you have everything you need. They remembered the little things and could not have done more. The host Edwin took care to ensure everything ran smoothly. He organised travel arrangements and our hotel pick up and drop off. Their beach shack had the same vibe with the staff there ensuring your daily comfort on the beach. The hotel is centrally placed with lots of restaurants and shops close by but it’s quiet at night. We chose to eat at the restaurant most nights as the food there is excellent well cooked and very reasonably priced and the entertainment was a bonus. We will definitely be returning and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"I stayed in this Hotel in the off-season - I was the only resident there! Bablu and Vijay were very helpful towards my needs...they even borrowed me their bicycle so I could fetch some essentials on the evening of my arrival. They arranged breakfast every morning and provided me with a map of Goa which allowed me to plan my excursions. Bablu gave me a takeaway menu from a local restaurant which was very useful on an evening. The area of the hotel was quiet and tranqil...just what I needed after a few days in Mumbai! "
