We had a wonderful stay. The home is lovely and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views of the ocean from the deck outside the living room are lovely and it's where we spent most of our time. Just from the deck we saw toucans, macaws (flying), tanagers, hawks, a falcon, a huge iguana, a coati, and an agouti.The hosts were great and the house was well prepared. We used the pool in the late evenings and it was quite nice. It is shared with a few other similar homes on the property but we never actually saw any other people.Drive into town was easy and we would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Luxury Villa. The views are awesome from the deck and it was nice to have a full kitchen. It was nice to have 3.5 bathrooms so everyone had their own! The walk-in closets are great and the shared pool was a nice luxury. The only thing I will say thats a slight negative was the bar stool cushions and couches were a bit run down and could maybe use replacing. We ended up creating a little hang out area on the deck using our own blankets and the outdoor cushions so we could have somewhere comfy to stargaze. The stars are amazing in Costa Rica! The house is located 7 mins to town, you don't need 4x4 to get there, but part of the road is dirt. Uber came to get me several times no problem though! A great location for Envision festival as it was just 2 mins away. Uvita is great, and this house was a great deal and perfect location for our group!
