Great comfortable spacious apartment with many modern amenities. Host friendly and available. Close to lake for runs, walks and meals. Train line is at rear of property though mostly quiet during sleeping hours. Highly recommended.

Loved it

The property well exceeded expectations in all areas - it is a hidden gem. Check-in process was seamless. I felt welcomed by the host who were very helpful with suggestions of local attractions and places to eat. It is centrally located to Lake Wendouree and Wendouree Village. As a sole traveller, I also felt quite secure and safe because of the location and yard. I will definitely be staying again.

Superb Studio in Ballarat

Booked The Studio for our friends and the pictures and Studio details did not disappoint. The details and reviews were accurate and when I needed to check some dates the response was quick, owners obliging and my friends were thrilled with choice and had a WONDERFUL stay in an Excellent property. Beautifully appointed

We spent a couple nights in Ballarat at Kevin and Anna's property. We were met at the gate by Kevin, who gave us a brief tour of the home. The property is beautifully appointed with modern appliances, and was exceptionally clean. The bottle of fresh milk in the fridge was very appreciated. We found the bed super comfortable, and enjoyed the opportunity to sit in comfort at the end of long days sight seeing.

What a gem of a property! Fully contained, private, spacious, spotless studio unit with all the amenities and comforts of home. The property owners were onsite to meet us and we were welcomed with fresh bread rolls, butter and jam. Such a treat after a full day of travelling. I can’t recommend this properly enough. I have nothing to say on areas for improvement. It was perfect. Thank you.
