3.5 maisonette apartment in a central location

  • Beautiful, new 3.5-room duplex apartment in a central location. A 5-minute walk from the swimming lake. The apartment is very bright, flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows. It has a lovely balcony with a great view. The bathroom is bright and features two windows, a washing machine with dryer function, fresh bath and hand towels, a hair dryer, etc. To ensure privacy, the bedrooms are on two different floors. There is also a spacious sleeper sofa. A private garage (with a manual door opener), an additional parking space in front of the garage, and a large parking area behind the house for a travel caravan are included in the price. You can barbecue both on the balcony and in the beautiful garden. The apartment building consists of only two holiday apartments spread over two floors. This makes it possible to book the entire property for a larger family or group of friends. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, a coffee maker, and much more are available to you at no extra cost. The location is central to various swimming lakes, hiking trails, a high ropes course, and the town centre. The nearest airport in Stuttgart is a 45-minute drive away. Lake Constance can be reached in 60–80 minutes by car.

I rented an apartment here for three days — everything was clean, comfortable, very convenient, and cozy. We felt right at home. The only minor downside is the lack of air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm at night. However, there is a fan available just in case, so it’s not an issue. I’d like to give special thanks to the host for his understanding and help: I accidentally locked the door with the keys left inside. The owner resolved the situation without any hassle and didn't even charge anything for it. Thank you so much, and I definitely recommend this place!

Die Wohnung (2. OG) ist wirklich großzügig bemessen und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Für uns war die Wohnung der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region.

Groß, sauber, komfortabel, modern! Tolle Wohnung, und mit dem PKW schnell zu erreichen Höchster Aussichtsturm, Hohenzollerner Burg, Tübingen, Donauquelle, Balingen Rheinfall, Bodensee… Tolle Landschaft, Wanderwege! Wir haben eigentlich nur Familie besuchen wollen und sovieles gesehen….

Schöne, helle Wohnung

Wir waren drei Nächte in der Wohnung, sie ist gross und hell wie beschrieben. Alles war vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war super, sie sind hilfsbereit und haben schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Verschiedene Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar, wir waren mit dem Auto dort.

Super Unterkunft, alles sauber, wir waren als Monteure da, haben uns nach arbeitsreichen Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehle die Unterkunft gern weiter auch als Urlaubsdomizil. Also immer wieder gern.
