"They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop...

"Great stay overall. Cleanliness, restaurant, staffs are great but one thing this hotel lacks is the WiFi connectivity. WiFi sometimes connects well and sometimes disconnects. For people who want to work with laptop, it could get frustrating at a time. "
"it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart."
" Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good.
Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm.
Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am.
Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am.
The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel.
A staff member brought a specific remote for the tv & adjusted...

"Most disgusting, filthiest hotel i have ever stayed in. As soon as you step into the lifts, you can feel the grime. Things didn’t get better in the room. This place is in no way set ip for Western tourists. No alcohol was permitted, the food is rubbish, and the view out our window was the runway of the airport across the road. As there was no double glazing, we heard the planes land & take off from 5am -10pm. Do yourself a favour, stay elsewhere."
