A special thanks to Liz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and excellent service truly made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Penang. I would definitely come back again!"
