Great location, close to lots of amenities, shopping mall and restaurants directly opposite. Its a short drive to the airport. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool lovely and clean.

Property was great. Pool area was great, but needed umbrellas around lounging chairs. Tree cover did not always shade you from the sun.

Fantastic location! Directly opposite Lupo Mall and lots of dining options. Waterbom a short walk away. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good hotel nice and clean. Nice pool. Only issue was very thin walls so could hear neighbouring rooms every word. Maybe not help as room was interconnected. Lots of loud music from across the street can be heard at night. Earplugs provided but not ideal if rested sleep wanted!

Nice popular Hotel close to Supermarkets,Bars,eating places,Approx 10 minute walk to beach.Staff are super friendly and always smiling.Breakfast included and was okay,Would like to see sliced bread back on the morning menu.Consider that all business's in area need to pressure local Government to tidy up local streets and repave footpaths which are in need of major repair,

Sintia and virtually all the staff we encountered at this property were exceptional provided excellent customer service and made our stay a pleasure. The property is well-maintained very accessible to the airport and is comfortable for short stay between flight.

Property is in centre of the city and everything is easily accessible. Highly recommended place for people who are coming for the first time. Buffet was good and staff was helpful for pick-up and drop to airport.

My recent stay at the Vira Hotel in Bali was nothing short of exceptional. Our group of 16 had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch hospitality and service throughout our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. We had organized an event during our stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One highlight of our stay was the welcome dinner and award dinner held at the hotel. The chef curated a special menu for us that exceeded all expectations. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. It was evident that the chef put a lot of thought and effort into creating a memorable dining experience for our group. The rooms at the Vira Hotel were comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. After a long day of activities, it was refreshing to return to a cozy and inviting space to rest and recharge. However, what truly set the Vira Hotel apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Wulan and Melina, in particular, deserve special recognition for their attentive and personalized service throughout our stay. They anticipated our needs and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our visit was flawless. Overall, our experience at the Vira Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If we were to return to Bali in the future, there is no doubt that we would choose to stay at the Vira Hotel again. Thank you to the entire team !

Staff was helpful especially Intan and Dewi who went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. Always with a smile, they explained every concern and question and even the customs of the Balinese.

Love the location of Vira Bali Boutique Hotel and the atmosphere. The Vira Bali very cozy and friendly. The only issue was breakfast, it was not much of a selection (American food). Overall, it was a great experience staying there.

The location of the property is great. Easy to walk to different restaurants, beach and other attractions. Asked for early checkin but could not get in until 2pm. The staff did not make any attempt to help in this area.

Quaint boutique hotel. Good value for what we paid for. Safe neighborhood and close to other resorts where we had dinner nights. Beach is also near by. Staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Transport to/from airport was inclusive of the price we paid. Little trouble finding our driver on arrival but eventually found each other.

A lovely hotel
My review is based on 2 separate stays in one trip. The first room we stayed in (106) stank of sewage but as we arrived late and left early we let it go. We booked again to stay 3 nights at the end of our trip but this time booked a junior suite which was spacious with a roll top bath and l’occitaine toiletries. Bed was comfy, A/C worked perfectly and staff at the hotel were both professional & helpful. Would stay again if in Bali.

Highly over rated.....probably false advertising/fake reviews. I have spent over 100 nights in Indonesia but never had such a terrible experience . Such a bad hospitality as well except for couple of friendly staffs.

Wow! This hotel has truly been a breath of fresh air among the places I've stayed in Kuta, Samiyake, and Denpasar. Nestled right in front of Discovery Mall, it's a traveler's dream with its proximity to shops, massage spots, and charming gift shops, making convenience its forte. The daily linen changes are like a royal treatment, transforming my room into a haven of freshness each time I returned. I found myself yearning to just lounge and relax, reveling in the sheer comfort! Their room service is exceptional—always punctual and flexible with meal adjustments upon request. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I couldn't help but think that adding more Indonesian cuisine to the menu would truly enrich the experience and celebrate the local culture. A huge shoutout to the amazing security guards! Their kindness, pleasant demeanor, and engaging conversations added an extra sparkle to my days. As for the front desk, a little tweak in their check-in process—perhaps giving guests a heads-up when rooms aren't ready—would be wonderful. Thank you for such a fabulous stay! I'm already planning my return and enthusiastically recommending this gem of a hotel to all my travel-loving friends.
