The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

Ended up getting Bali belly and only thing different I ate was at the resort. Talking to a few other guest and they had got it too. Thinking the food standards of the resort may not be inline with their hospitality

This hotel was amazing! I couldn’t say enough about the hotel, the staff and the time we had there. The rooms were always stocked and clean, the staff always at attention to assist and always willing to offer recommendation for where to go and what to do. It is a quiet neighbourhood, less party spot but is very calm and safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone possible and will be back. I miss it already.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Never felt so welcome at a hotel before. The cleanliness and the attention to detail is second to none. I just met the staff and I already feel like family! I couldn’t asked for a better safe, clean, friendly, and great tasting food might I add from a hotel.

I like the welcoming feel the stones staff give you and it’s the whole stay.. the people are the stones best asset.. I guess the location isn’t to bad as well.. if you want relaxed peace and quiet you have it and if you want party hussell and more you have it.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.

Although a five star accomodation the disparity among the rooms for servicing i.e. the things meant to be in the rooms. Friends room had fruit that was pretty awful, We had chocolates that looked amazing but were filled with bugs and my daughters room had neither. I know its just little things but it was 5star with a 5 star cost. The hotel itself wa very clean and the staff were amazing.

Stayed four nights. This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff was phenomenal and I was super impressed by day two many knew my by name. On my last day I'd been on a tour and when I arrived poolside at six, a waiter asked me what I'd been up to because I'd arrived later than normal. The tub on the deck was an awesome treat as well. Only gripe, poolside drinks were *very* expensive, however happy hour 12-6 brings them down to not that badly priced. I wasn't a fan of the area in general. No safety issues. Just grew weary of constantly being asked if I need a ride or to buy a drink or... You know pick whatever. So not go there fir the beach. It is disgusting. They tell me it's a rainy season thing. But, yeah, that sucked.

The main pool is lovely and a great temperature, we had a room with our own plunge pool which could really couldn't use as the water was just too cold, it's a shame they are not plumbed into the main pool, definitely wouldn't bother with a plunge pool again just a waste of money. The mattress was very hard which was very disappointing, we usually stay at the bandha and the mattresses are incredible.

The Stones Hotel is very clean and modern with a big pool for all ages and just 2min walk to beach.The staff's are very friendly and always helpful at all times. Location is smack bang in the centre of Kuta, plenty of eat in restaurants, shopping and gifts stores around for your convenience. Would consider coming back on next trip and recommend The Stones for any traveler coming to Kuta. Thank you The Stones Hotel for a wonderful time during our 1week holiday in Kuta.

We had a wonderful stay at the stones. The staff were exceptional, food was amazing and the service in restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. Just a short walk to shops/Other restaurants and bars/markets and beach straight over the road!

Staff here were so nice, the dining options from the breakfast buffet to restaurant options were fantastic. Pool view room was clean and modern and the plunge pool was great to have. The hotel pool was massive and had so many sun loungers. Staff made us feel so welcomed! Would stay here again in a heart beat
