Room was ok. We had some difficulty with room keys but the staff responded quickly. I wasn’t impressed with the view from our room but we didn’t spend much time there.

Lack of information from hotel and Expedia on a major holiday. I was dead bolted in the hotel with 500 guests for 24 hours. That would be a crime in my country. Was only told the stores would be closed never told I would be locked up as a criminal

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs. Hotel condition is average, however in and out by taxi is horrible, we came back from a excursion and when get to the Kuta area is bumper to bumper , it took us 1/2 hr to move to 1 mile

This place had everything we needed. Beautiful room, which was upgraded at no cost to a balcony room. A great rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, which was right across the street. Also shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel also had its own taxi drivers that would take you places, wait for you and drive you back to the hotel.

Bali has been one of our dream vacation place. We went for my wife's birthday and the hotel was extremely good and the staff were very nice. They were always there and any help needed, they were just a call away. Location was very good. Just opposite to the beach to see an excellent sunset. Very close to the shopping malls and for local street shopping. The multi cuisine food was very good with lots of varieties. Special thanks to the front desk staff Dayu and Ivan for being extremely kind. When I go again I will stay here only and I recommend this hotel for anyone who plans to have a great vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Kuta Heritage. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a balcony view to the beach. The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach and central to Kuta shops, cafes, bars, markets, etc. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was good. There was a huge selection for the breakfast buffet each morning and a highlight was a dinner at the restaurant with great view of the spectacular sunset. The one downside was the noise each night from bands playing in/near the hotel.

I thought the hotel was good for the 3 nights we spent. I choose the room with the "pool" outside the room and was disappointed to find out that it was about a foot deep. That was the whole reason for picking that specific room and it will have been better if the hotel offered floating breakfast.

Room was great.. we had a great stay.. staff was friendly.. location was great too as it was nearby the beach and shopping area.. can get a abit noisy at night

Heritage is in a great location and the staff are excellent. The owners need to spend more on property maintenance to fix things like a window/door that wouldnt shut properly in room 105.
