Overall experience is great. Rooms are beautiful, modern with a touch of Balinese tradition. A but of renovation will be really good. The complex itself is greatly appointed and the pool area adds a lot to the amazing experience. Great combination of beach and pool. Buffett hreakfast and service are outstanding. The reception staff and housekeeping could do better. Concierge staff were very helpful. The are is very conveniet with close proximity to everything. I can highly reccomend this hotel and all it has to offer.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 30 years - before it was called the Santika Beach Hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you almost treating you like family!

The staff were lovely. The food was great and affordable. We had the suite and the level of service was amazing. Fresh room and mini bar everyday, turn down and dessert delivered everynight. The bathroom was gorgeous and so good to have a private pool and a private public pool to the rest of the resort. The decks need some attention, I got a big splinter in my toe. Overall would recommend, we loved our stay here

We have the hotel arranged shuttle from the airport back to the hotel when we first arrived. We encountered a good honest courtesy driver, Robby, who gave us a rundown of the area. As the bellboy, Redi, carefully moved all pieces of our luggage from the reception area up to the room, he is very happy to do with eagerness. He showed us the room and delicately placed them at the right spots. Good and courtesy services deserve a thumb up from a customer's feedback. Thank you...

The conference area was adjacent to our room (block 5) and one night (of4) it was very loud (party music) until 11pm and then backed up with music at 6:15am. Shower leaked profusely into bathroom. Service was ok. Check in was decidedly cold and unfriendly. Breakfast was reasonable (5/10) but definitely aimed at Asian/indonesian guests. Will not stay again.
