Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back.

The first time we stayed, our room was nice. The second time we stayed, our room smelled a little musty. The balcony was enclosed with windows, and it was somewhat musty smelling, and echoed when we visited outside. Not an inviting balcony.

Property is looking a bit tired - needs sone maintenance in the rooms. Rooms need modernising. Bathroom is clean but showing it’s age. Toilet is too big for the area allocated. Staff were very friendly and dining room and bar staff were all lovely and very helpful. Pool was amazing, but lots of missing tiles - it also need some work done to it.

They asigned the old dirty room with many problem like patio door not working. Pump jacuzzi not working , TV remote control no battery. Botom line inaccept room. We had to sleep 1 night then next day they transfer another room for us. Why they didn't select the better room for us from beginning. It was stressfull for my vacation after long hour flight.

Great property, was impressed overall with the experience. Slight hiccup with dinner one night at the restaurant however easily overcome with the rest of the stay being super comfortable and well serviced.

Well-located resort in the heart of Sanur with a lovely big pool. Rooms are a little ‘tired’, but clean with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, good aircon and decent-sized bathrooms with shower and bath. The highlight was the staff, who were absolutely amazing - consistently courteous, friendly and helpful. They were only too happy to organise a birthday cake for my son, which he was thrilled with. Special mention must go to Lintang, who was so welcoming and made an effort to connect with my teenage sons, which they really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for your fantastic hospitality!

Face towels please. A misleading sign for fresh coffee was the same brewed from a machine, you will be charged. Not locking or entering room without approval is an issue. Dated hotel. Great pool area, happy hour specials and well priced food, buffet in the AM is awesome. Walk out of the hotel and you are on the main strip in 1 minute. Walk to the beach in three minutes directly across from hotel. If it is your first time this is a good base. Would stay again.

Fresh drinking water freely available to access in the corridors Quick service when required e.g. clean towels delivered, iron & board delivered to room. The timber decking surrounding the pool area was rough and lifting in some areas and could easily harm patrons by tripping on the unlevel timbers

The hotel was a bit tired and needed some maintenance the pools needing regrouting and cleaning. The toilet seats in the room needs to be replaced. The facilities are well used and need upgrading . I had a pool room and that pool also needed some TLC

We loved the prompt customer service and the kindness. The dinner was very good and the breakfast was well worth the money. We wnjoyed the pool and swim up bar. Only negative was pool towel shuts down ans hr before the pool closes. Which makea no sense and my shower dorr disnt close all the way so my bathroom floor got real wet

The pool is fabulous! Sure you can moan that there are a few tiles missing, the decking wobbles.. but the loungers and pool are glorious. Breakfast excellent. Brilliant location.

We loved the breakfast buffet and the restaurant at the hotel. Asian, American, and European cuisine and choices. Lots of coffee drink choices!
