Service is AMAZING. Can’t overstate how they are everywhere all the time and know what you want or need before you do. The location is nice, along the river. The upgrade to the river view wasn’t worth it for us though. From the bar, the restaurant, the pool etc. you always have a view of the river. Happy hour, BBQ night, Satay night… all amazing! Likewise with the incredible buffet breakfast every morning!

Great property if you want the US feel without the US prices lol It's quite convenient and they have a shuttle that goes to the Ubud market a few times in the day.
