Exceptional stay in all of Bali!
We had the most amazing stay here. Not only was the villa we stayed at was beautiful, but very private. The staff at this place was what made the stay even more exceptional. Not only were they extremely friendly and hospitable, but went out of their way to help. They also helped in booking tours at the last minute. Huge thanks to Eka for that! And their spa was just as amazing too, Elie was excellent in that and all the other masseuses for their Bali massages. Location was ideal too, only around the corner from the beach and downtown Seminyak. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. And yet, it was so secluded and quiet within our area, made it seem like we were far away from all that noise. Overall, we had an excellent stay and will definitely come back again here!

Great space and individual villas. We did experience a lot of bugs in the lower level because of open air bathroom. The villa seemed dated and could use a bit of upgrade in terms of paint and finishes but mostly cosmetic. Some of the linens need to be replaced as well. The pool is amazing and the villas was clean aside of the flies and towels. Recommend for larger groups and families. Location is very convenient to Seminyak Beach and lots of shopping and restuarants.

Beautiful Villa
We were in Bali for almost a month and stayed at 5 different villas/hotels This was definitely made top 2. They have made major improvements since Covid and are steadily creeping back up to a 5-star accommodation. We have nothing but positive things to say.

The water supply blocked all 3 nights and not fixed till 10 am. Roof leaked in three areas. Water supply when worked was salty! Tv service was poor Keys to front doors did not work. Relied on entrance gate to Villa ground for security.

Each villa is equipped with a private swimming pool, mini kitchen complete with equipment and also a living room to relax.During Covid-19 the situation was bad enough for tourism so that the property was not well maintained until finally there were consumers again and we are in the process of making gradual improvements. Currently, the water we use is filtered and treatment using a softener according to the standard. I loved staying here. So convenient to the downtown area. The hotel was lovely. The private pool was amazing! Great Bali vibes. The staff was so kind and courteous. Only complaint is that the furniture needs to be updated. Can tell it’s been a bit loved overtime Will definitely come back

It was a good villa resort, however the bathroom is fully outdoors which is a bit odd. I understand if there was an outdoor shower but the toilet was also outdoors (which isn’t particularly fun when you can see lizards crawling around). The resort villa do provide a free shuttle around the main area of Seminyak which is great as this saved us a lot on taxis etc. Overall room and resort was nice. Location was a bit further away from the main road then we expected but the free shuttle saved that.

One of many trips to Le Jardin. This time with my partner in one villa and his family in another. Nice to have everyone together but our own space too. As usual the service was awesome. We will be back again.

A little worn around the edges
Positives are that most staff (particular those servicing the rooms) are very friendly and courteous. Though one guy at reception (the manager perhaps?) provided quite a chilly check-in. The largely open plan living (incl. open air bathroom) provides more ambience, but mosquitoes are a big problem. The rooms are also worn and need a refurb. Bedrooms need deskside lamps and more power sockets. Power adapters in the bedrooms would also be useful. The location is a little inconvenient, with taxies needed to most local places.

A hidden jewel in the heart of Seminyak
Le Jardin is tucked away from the hectic vibe of Seminyak yet is only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful stretch of the beach and 3 mins from shops and restaurants. The gardens of all the villas are incredibly lush and tropical with frangipani trees everywhere. Our 2 bedroom villa was perfect... modern and stylish in a Balinese style. The staff and reception team were lovely and so helpful, they responded very quickly to any requests. We also loved the spa and had a great massage there. A little fresh varnish on some areas of the wooden floor are probably due, but I’m really only adding that because my review sounds too positive. After many trips to this area, Le Jardin is definitely my favourite place to stay.

Second home... brilliant staff!
Feels like my second home, as I always stay at Le Jardin when I visit Bali. Great location between Legion and Seminyak...The staff and servicee are first class. Just starting to show a bit of wear and tear in the bathrooms, other than that, good value for money!

Disappointing stay
The room was pleasant enough, but the lighting throughout the whole complex was very subdued. Also little things like having power points at the bedside, and having mosquito nets over the bed, made it feel very much like it was from a bygone era. The staff however were very pleasant and accomodating. I must confess that this is the first time that I have ever had a bathroom without an outside all, and open to all the elements.

Tired and no longer 5 star
I wanted to like this place more than I did. The villa is quite dated now and has not been maintained well over the years. It could really do with a small Renovation to keep its 5 star rating. Overall the villa is large with a good sized pool and main room. However the doors were warped and didn't close easily or in one case at all. The lounge furniture was not comfortable and made lazing around difficult. Our villa was close to the road, reception and a work space. At times there was very loud works (electric saw etc) happening in the day time which really spoils the atmosphere. Staff were nice. However, we won't stay again as the price didn't meet our expectations from the photos and description.

Incredible!
Le Jardin Boutique Villas is a phenomenal place to stay while in Bali. It's secluded in the heart of Seminyak and is close to pretty much everything. The villa is spacious and clean, and provides you with an authentic Balinese experience. The staff are incredible with no request too difficult! They regularly provided guidance and tips to get around Bali with ease. The best part is that they drove us to local restaurants, clubs and spas for free in Seminyak! A truly unique and lovely experience.

Fantastic service
From the time that we arrived we were taken care of, the staff couldn't do more for us. Any request was met with enthusiasm and a friendly smile. The accommodation was fabulous, very well maintained and excellent facilities. It was great to have our own swimming pool. Going to the toilet outdoors was unusual and took a little to get used to but still very private so felt safe. Excellent place to stay, would definitely stay again.

you couldn't get a nicer place
We arrived in the afternoon,the staff are so good fresh fruit in fridge for you.they come in at night & Spray for bugs.such a variety for breakfast also for tea.Bottled water in fridge, lots of places to see. I will be going back, nothing is a problem for them. So if you are going to Bali stay here well worth it.

Awesome villa design, layout, and location
Le Jardin hotel and staff were amazing and made our family's dream vacation a reality. To start with, Bali residents are some of the friendliest people I've ever met and the Le Jardin staff go even further. The room: Thank God, Allah, and Brahma for air conditioning. Our room had the option to open wide all the doors for a completely outdoor living feel or close them and turn on air conditioning. Our beds were the most comfortable clean beds I've ever experienced from a hotel. The best part of the room is the actual layout and earthy design. The bathrooms are made to feel like you are outdoors but yet still able to stay private. Although we loved the room, it wouldn't be fair to write a review that wasn't somewhat critical, so here are the negatives. Because it was an outdoor feel there were some ants (not many, but be aware so you don't drop a crumb anywhere, and never eat in a bedroom). I'd also note that there was some wear and tear such as the flooring, doors, blinds, electrical outlets and most of all the lighting. Back to the staff, from the masseuse, to the room service, to the front desk, grounds keepers and drivers, they were so pleasant, worked really well together and made us feel like family. While we absolutely loved the hotel, the best part of this villa is the location to the beach, restaurants, and markets. (5-7 min walk). For those families who like to spend a little extra for service, atmosphere, and luxury I would recommend the Le Jardin.

Great get away...
My family and I enjoyed our short stay (2nts) at Le Jardin. Like the fact there are only 11 villas. Our 2 story villa had all the amenities we needed. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Very good breakfasts. We took advantage of the free transport - very convenient to be dropped of and picked up!

Beautiful Villas in Seminyak
This was the second time I stayed at Le jardin villas and the experience was again excellent. The free shuttle service was very handy, we went shopping and to potato head and they were more than happy to drop us off and pick us up. From both locations. Our flight wasn't until 1am. We were offered a late check out but checked out at 1pm and were able to use the spa room for a shower before they took us to the airport at 10:30pm. The customer service was great as was the food. I will be staying here again!

Beautiful retreat with friendly welcoming staff
We had 4 nights here at Le Jardin in Seminyak and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. From the staff welcome on arrival, room size & privacy, presentation & gardens, and location close to the beach. The staff were only too willing to take us in their hotel car wherever we wanted and pick us up again after. The only downfall we could pick would have to be the mosquitoes and related preventative fogging in the late afternoons. But that said, we highly recommend Le Jardin if you want to stay in Seminyak. We'd definitely stay here again.

Villa was beautiful and the staff fantastic
The villa was all that was expected and the staff were at our beck and call. The staff would bring our breakfast to our room every morning and there was a complementary shuttle service available to us within the Seminyak/Legian area. I would be happy to recommend to anyone planning on visiting Bali. Also just a short stroll to the beach and Seminyak Square, which is full of restaurants/bars and shopping.

Quiet, pretty location 250m or 5min walk to beach.
Had a great week in the villas for our honeymoon. Great unexpected inclusion of a substantial breakfast, afternoon tea, shuttle within a defined area and wifi. Location is reasonable as a jumping off point to travel for day trips, close walk or shuttle to nightly restaurants, and daily brief walk to the beautiful beach. Quiet and serene enough location to just relax in your villa's pool and pass some private time. Ask, and the staff will do everything they can to help.

Great stay overall
Lovely villas, well maintained. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Pool was great too. Food selection for breakfast was decent. Only downside would be its location. Not easily accessible to Main Street but compensated by free shuttle service on demand by villa. Also toilets were a little too open for comfort. Spa facilities were basic. Overall, great and comfortable stay.

Peace and quiet in Seminyak
Beautiful private villas very close to the beach in a quiet street off the main drag. Well appointed, great for couples or families because of the layout of the villas. Prices seem to vary a lot from season to season but even at the higher prices its good value if you prefer your own peace away from the larger resorts and crowds.

Even better than it looks!
Le Jardin was a beautiful villa. From the very moment we arrived we felt that we were looked after in the most excellent fashion. The villa spacious enough and the pool was excellent. All the staff from the shuttle driver to the cleaners and especially the room service team should be very proud of the service that they give. We would definately return!!

The villa was beautiful and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa for just the two of us! So much space. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to our rooms well as room service and an in room massage - all wonderful experiences. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach in both directions but there is a complimentary drop off service if you would rather avoid the often scary roads. The best part about our experience was the people. Wonderful, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us.
