i like the peacefully and the pool. things to be improved over here is the electricity, it is charging to slowly on my hp. room overall is dusty, need to mop the floor. bathroom water flow is too small, have to wait for sometime, the circuit plug especially, is all spoilt in my room 06 (2nd floor). please bring own adaptor, the adaptors they provided sometimes is spoilt. 2nd floor of the room is very dusty perhaps due to nobody staying upstairs unless you have other family members to share. the bed is just a piece of mattress on top, nothing else, no cabinet on 2nd floor. own bed is comfortable. balcony doors doesnt seem to close that well, have to use strength to close properly. there is hangers provided outside the balcony, but the railings are rusted, have to be careful and wash your hands after touching it. overall other than the above, it is peaceful, very quiet and nice place to stay in, cheap as well. swimming pool is very clean. no bugs and unwanted pest around. breakfast is nice, staff are friendly.

Have stayed at this villa 6 times in the past with no problem but this time with new staff there didn't feel very welcome. There is a dew staff that have been there's for a while and they are very good but the new staff during the day time are not so friendly.

Slightly disappointing
Stayed at Amansari Villa and Sari Villa twice in a two week period. The hotel is close to the beach and the hotel staff is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is OK. The facility itself has some problems. The air con didn't work in the first room we stayed in and it was very humid. Our friend that was staying in the "Sari Villa" section of Amansari Villas had to change rooms because every time the guests in the floor above his room flushed the toilet, the contents of their toilet bubbled up in his toilet in the room below. My wife and I stayed at Amansari villas in 2012 and was very happy but this time we were not. I would not stay at Amansari Villa again.

Excellent value for money
My sister and I booked a room each at (literally) the last minute, and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa. The rooms are HUGE, clean, and have everything you need - good airconditioning, big bathroom, free water filter/cooler, and more. The pools are also lovely and the price included a cooked breakfast (amazing value for $60 for a king room).

Huge space for the money, great central location.
We were blown away by the size of the apartment and by its facilities. Loved the location close to beach and loads of good eateries, music in the pubs nearby, perfect for us. Pool area is nice and very quiet. The hotel is getting on in years and showing its age but we think it's hard to beat for value. Staff were pleasant and helpful. If you are fussy it won't suit you but if you just want a spacious clean and comfortable well priced place look no further.

New rooms but missing the final touches. Tv, fridge , water cooler, balcony, a/c but it looks like the construction finshed one day early. Great staff and woderful pool. Breakfast ok. We plan on staying here again next week.

The room was clean, large and comfortable. Staff even though most could not speak English were very friendly new their tasks and performed them well. It was quiet and peaceful.

Awesome service
The boys were shy at first but after a few days they were extremely helpful and their sense of humor was great. Our first room had the TV playing up and they quickly moved us into another room that was not as fresh and new but comfortable all the same. The pool was divine and i spent many happy hours in there cooling down. For comfort and helpfulness i recommend this place but if you want five star then don't book, they don't pretend to be 5 star, but the service is definitely 5 star, and when the new units open up so will they be im sure.

A great stay
Staff was a bit shy at the beginning but after try to chat becam super friendly! Breakfast was good and cooked in the spot. Room were cleaned quickly. Small but very cozy pool as well as a bit of shade to slowly tan. Loved it ! Will come back !

Phone number given caused endless problems. Neither my private driver from Ubud nor my taxi driver from airport could get a satisfactory reply from person answering the phone.

Good and clean rooms, but...
...make sure to let them know when you arrive. There is only one person, supposed to be there 24/7, to look after the 6 apartments, but as he might be away, make sure to email them in advance.

We arrived having spoken to them on email the day before to find the place overbooked. This happened to someone else the previous week, and someone else the day after. They put us into their sister hotel in kuta for 2 nights. An ok hotel, but a dire location and resort. After 2 days we went back to the hotel, only to find the room they promised us was not available. They put us in a smelly annex room just round the corner with no facilities ( no wifi, no safe, no lamps, chairs etc). The electricity went off half a dozen times during the evening and night. The other residents had learnt where to reset the trip switch. We stayed here one night and checked out, with hotel.com saying they would compensate us. The hotel wouldn't even let us use their driver for a free taxi to our next hotel. Don't believe a word they say.........

All the right ingredients for a great place...but!
This hotel is well located off of the main drag in Sanur down a security gated road to a very upmarket hotel. Access to the beach is level and easy as is access to the main road. The hotel is run by a small team of young men that really do very well, cooking and cleaning etc. their approach is a positive one and they are willing and helpful. Also they smile a lot. The nicest thing...they ran out of butter for three days and when I asked for butter each day I got a really big smile and "The butter is empty". Very endearing but!! This place also sees a great deal of new customers often the same man and a different lady!! I have to say that my stay was just a little too long at this place and I could not recommend it for more than say three days. That said the pool is nice if not a little small. I would like to see some investment in maintenance and a greater presence of management.

The hotel is fine. It has a small pool which is well kept. The breakfast is a bit hit and miss, but normally OK. The rooms are very slightly tired, but have most things. The location is good with reasonable access to both the town and the beach. The hotel is managed by quite young guys who do a reasonable job, but their language skills are a little limited. They are hard working and nice to deal with though.

Good things can come in small packages
This hotel is very small - six units but comfortable, quiet, great location, safe Pleasantly surprised to have breakfast each morning prepared by the staff members by the pool - omelet, juice, toast, fruit, coffee or tea ...Sanur is a great place to visit, fabulous walks along the beach, busy but not crazy, good shopping, lots of restaurants etcetera.

good location, service and lovely quiet complex
Small complex of 6 in a perfect location between beach and the main strip. Our driver had a little trouble finding it, otherwise no problems! We were the only guests the first night and they let us pick our villa. Plenty of space for us with our baby. Sanur is lovely mix of beach, good food, shopping and friendly people. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Hotel was clean. Pool was great. Close to everything you need, friendly staff, highly recommend it we will be coming back!

A quiet oasis in Sanur. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back if I were to travel to Bali again

Private villas needed to be finished, no bedlights but had wiring hanging out. No personel safe but had one in kitchen that was not mounted to anything. no water in watercooler, coffee and tea but no kettle to boil water. We still had a good time and it is Bali with lovely staff but only one person spoke english and she was only there in the morning to cook breakfast. Also no chairs to sit down in private villa and no deck chairs at private villa.

Great place to stay
Wonderful smally hotel in a great location. Staff are very welcoming and accomodating. Close to everything....2 minutes to the beach and so many restaurants that you will have a hard time choosing. Western Breakfast cooked to order until 11am daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again next trip to Bali.

Adorable boutique hotel
Thoroughly enjoyed this small but beautiful hotel. Room was large with a loft and good aircon. A bit of a problem with mosquitos, but everywhere in Bali does. A can of insect killer sorted that out. Breakfast was good and the service from the staff was exceptional. Wireless internet signal was strong and allowed web calling. Would not hesitate to go back

Aman Sari Villa - only a sea breeze away
only a small villa containing 6 rooms in total... but the staff couldn't do enough for you. very nice and beautifully landscaped... 500m form the beach and 500m from shopping and good food.

旦那とのサヌールには定宿にしています。 立地良し、使い勝手良し。 朝食はそれなりですが料金が安いので満足です。 ひとり旅や女子旅の時には同じ敷地内の系列のサリヴィラが料金が安くコンパクトで使いやすくオススメです。
