You get what you pay for.....

Pros: Staff were generally very helpful
Cons: If the staff does not understand what was being spoken to them in English, they should refer to someone who does, so that it is attended to
Location: Quite handy to shops etc
The pool access is very restrictive (too small) due to the waterfall and the obvious allowing of people to simply leave a towel on deck chairs for later so that others could not use them........... there should be a non smoking side of the hotel including the balconies as we could not use our balcony due to being surrounded by smokers and it spoilt our holiday. A top sheet should be standard as we had to ask for it as the Doona was still too hot and the top sheet is needed to prevent getting a cold from the air con. We asked the cleaners to get a plunger to stop the shower from flooding but it was not done over 10 days.

Good location but hard to access beach

Loved the massive shower room, good pool and comfortable bed. Breakfast choices average. Staff told me beach access was along road past padma- that there was a'jungle' bit locals went through closer but they didnt advise that way. I went road way first and came back through jungle bit- which was fine and much closer to hotel and convenient.

Great value hotel in great location

Clean, well kept. Staff were great. No lift to upper floors but really not a drama for the price.

Great value for money. Wonderful service.

Great value for money. All staff are attentive and friendly. Spa services excellent and great value. Rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint as they are looking tired. Rooms and linen nice and clean.

Central location and great staff

Pros: almost everything especially the staff and the happy hour was good 2 cocktails for $9.50 AUD
Cons: The awful looking mosaic tile bath looked old and dirty thank goodness we had an outside shower which we loved.
Location: Beach ten minute walk Garlic lane 5 minute walk Y bar great Aussie sport bar about 2 minutes walk
Had a deluxe room with outdoor shower right on the kids pool overlooking pool bar. Staff were exceptional. The beds were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great approx $7.00 AUD. For the price we paid this hotel was great value for money.

Excellent small hotel

Pros: The location, the staff, the beds - all in all an excellent small hotel.
Cons: Nothing it is a well maintained hotel.
Location: Close to beaches and restaurants. Easy walk to most facilities in Legian.
Second visit to this hotel, will go back. The beds and pillows are great, water provided every day. Pool and surrounds always spotless. Staff very friendly. Two special nights at hotel each week - Barbecue night and Indonesian night, both good value.

Pros: The bed & the Pillows I wish I could have purchased a pillow & bought it home with me.
Cons: Supply Plastic bottles of water not glass I had a mishap & feel it would be a lot safer.
Location: Great location it is in the area that I feel at home in, as I class bali as my 2nd home.
This was the frist time at your hotel I have been to Bali many times I was travelling by myself and felt most comfortable .The BBq night the way the area is set up looked beautiful.It was lovely to be able to have a nighttime appointment at your spa as then I would just float up to my room.

Simple hotel not far from the everything

Pros: Staff, facilities and location
Cons: For the price hotel is great. they are in the process of updating rooms.
Location: Bars, shops bank and just about everything close or within 10 minutes walk
Great place to stay. Close to beach, eateries, shops & bars. Within walking distance of Kuta (taxi back). Staff very friendly, rooms nice and comfortable. Parts of it are a bit old but that did not detract from the stay. Had breakfast there which was OK. Pool and surroundings nice. Staff went out of their way to assist in all matters.Transfers availbale from airport to hotel at only $15 each way. Would happily stay here again.

Very Nice Again

Location: Close to everything
It was our second stay at the All Seasons and once again we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is situated in a great spot, being close to bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Staff were once again very attentive and good, the rooms are pretty good and I enjoyed the outdoor shower. The deluxe rooms near the pool are worth paying that little bit extra for. Overall enjoyed our stay and will stay again. It is brilliant value
