Nice small property, close to airport for last night. Room was clean. Shower good pressure and warm water. Did not sleep there. Pool was nice, fairly small,not many daybeds. Tiled stairs,had to carry large heavy suitcases down them. No lift.

Have stayed here several times now. The property is right across from Discovery Mall, handy to shopping and eating places and has a 24 hour waroeng. The rooms are comfy and the team at the hotel and restaurant are friendly and helpful. The pool area is welcoming and the poolside spa offers a great massage.

Everything was perfect except for the bathroom condition which was pretty old and we had to shower in the bath tub as there was no shower case. But it was an awesome experience. Statues every where, very nice staff, awesome location and food from restaurant was very good. Highly recommended.

I thought the rooms were lovely, however the pool is far too small for the amount of people staying there and there are not enough sun beds. The staff were not very friendly and I found the breakfast disappointing.

Pretty room with a large bath tub upon opening the door. .Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic, no wow factor. Near to shopping n cafe. 12mins to airports. Happy staying there for 3days.

Our room was quite old and tired looking with stained sheets, towels which were more grey than white. When we were shown to our room, nothing was explained, such as how to use the safe - it was not working when we went to put out things in there, and we had to call reception to have someone come and fix it. The room smelt a little, the toilet wobbled when you sat on it and the bed linen and towels were quite stained and old looking. The room was small and cramped with 3 beds in it, and beside the beds the floor was quite dirty and did not look like it had been swept. We were there for one night, so did not worry too much - but I would have been unhappy if it was a longer visit. The pool was great, it was a lovely depth, nice area around it, great pool bar staff.

Good value for the price. I arrived late and left early on a stopover. I wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The lovely garden rates a mention, as does the pool, but most impressive was the service, thanks to the fantastic staff. The room was a little worn, but for the price and the value gained elsewhere, this could be overlooked. The bed was comfortable, the linen clean and the towels white and fluffy. I’ve paid much more for much worse.

Superb Hotel
I can recommend Adhi Jaya with the highest ranking. UI loved it there, from a clean and spacious room, to an ezxcellent locatoin across from Discovery Mall, to a superb and freindly staff, and a wonderful breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful and well-maintained, and guests can walk to so many places in Kuta.

We stayed in the pool access room. Pick up from airport was an added bonus our driver was waiting for us with a sign and a smile. On our arrival we were met by a very happy friendly gentleman who quickly booked us into our room. The room was large with a large bathroom and bath. The room was clean and serviced each day. There is a bar fridge and safe in room. Bed and pillows were amazing nice and soft and white clean linen.The hotel is close to restaurants and across the road from a major shopping centre. The pool and area is clean and towels are supplied. There is a swim up bar. Cocktails are made in the restaurant and brought to the pool area. Breakfast is a variety of hot (warm) dishes, toast, pastries, fruit, salad and juices. Staff ask you when you enter if you want bacon and if you want eggs and how you want them cooked. Room service is 24hrs and very helpful for the first night as we arrived late. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too my trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
