"The hotel’s greatest asset is definitely its staff, who were all truly exceptional. The location is also top-notch. I would have rated it Excellent instead of Good if the breakfast area hadn’t felt like a school canteen, with no ambiance, bright lights and loud music—definitely not ideal in the morning. The food was good and plentiful, but the lack of atmosphere really brings the whole place down. Hopefully, someone from The Cumberland takes note and addresses this."
