"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"
"The place is run down, no towels in the rooms and no soaps. The tiles on the floor was torn down and it does not anytime you need something just for hot water you have to pay. Not recommended at all. We arrived so late and we do not know the place so we have to stay the night. Terriblr."

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
I recently stayed at Pacific Waves Inn annex. and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed several issues that made my stay uncomfortable.
First, the bathroom had no hot water, which made it nearly impossible to take a decent shower.
The TV in the room also wasn’t working, which added to the frustration. As if that wasn’t enough, I found ants crawling in the room—definitely not the kind of cleanliness I expected from a hotel.
On top of all of this, the front desk staff were unfriendly. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this was by far one of the worst experiences. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are many other hotels in the area that offer better service and amenities."
