"It's all about location, and this is a prime one! The unit itself was clean and a great size for the two of us. We like to cook on our trips, and the kitchen was a little sparse, but it was fine, and everything else was great. Hosts were very friendly and helpful (as was their dog - friendly, I mean). "Frau Kiefer is very professional. The flat that I booked was unfortunately damaged and could not be used during the original time needed, Frau Kiefer promptly called me to inform me and came up with 2 alternative solution which was both fair and reasonable. This was the first time that I was bringing my son (<1), niece (8) and nephew (12) to Europapark, so making sure that we had good accommodations was important. "2 people sleeping in the kitchen is not so nice. That room is too small with 2 adults and 4 big children. We didn’t like to eat inside where it was hot, and the place outside was not for us unfortunately. Then this terrace should not have been used for photo’s on the site. The church bells make too much noise. But it was very clean and the bathroom is nice, only the floor gets really wet when showering. "

"The staff were very nice and accommodating! The building and room looked clean and well taken care of. The only negative that I already knew about is that you don't necessarily have easy access to Europa Park and the walk to the Park Entrance is very far since you are unable to use their onsite hotel entrance to access the park. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Rust!"
