This lovely house is located on a side street, off the beaten path, with views of both the ocean and the golf course. Recently renovated with a redesigned kitchen, new bathrooms and beautiful new floors.
The spacious master suite has a king bed and adjoining bathroom. A second master upstairs has a king bed and a stunning view of the 9th fairway. From the attached covered porch you can see past Swan Quarter to the ocean in the distance.
The third bedroom, considered the kids room, contains a pair of bunk beds. The bonus room is a combination office suite by day and a bedroom by night with a pullout bed that doubles as a sofa. For those who can't leave work at home, there's a desk and work area. The outside has it all - screened porch, covered porch and open deck for sunning.

Great house with lots of space! The map feature when booking was misleading as to where this house is located (it had the red locator dot more on Cape Fear Trail) but we still enjoyed the location. Many thanks for a great weekend getaway!

A great stay in a beautiful home, good location, well equipped. Our family of 6 enjoyed our time.

I would suggest the home owner to check the property. There were 7 bulbs that needed to be replaced in the screened in porch, living room, and bathroom.
