Stone house 100 m2 for 6 people, 2 beautiful bedrooms and a large living room, a modern kitchen, a new bathroom with a nice Italian shower.
Lit and furnished terrace of 200 m2, in a 10 ha private park 200 meters from the beaches and a magnificent view of the river and the Ardèche gorges above the Eco village of Viel Audon. Absolute calm.
Walks around 1000 ha on the wild plateau of Les Gras (tombs and Roman roads; caving; caves, etc.).
Direct and private access to the river for an exceptional swim, sunbathing, trout fishing. Prehistoric cave climbing access from the river. Canoe & kayak rental in Balazuc 10 minutes walk. Vallon Pont d´Arc and new Chauvet cave 20 minutes away. Swimming in the streams and rivers of the Cévennes at 30 minutes: the Beaume, the Chassezac, the line, the Borne.
