I love NY … i visit once a year and this is my favorite hotel . In the heart of time square and broadway .
Clean , practical and with very welcoming atmosphere and great staff.
Gemma and Matthew at the reception were super helpful and very friendly. Thank you for another great experience .

Amazing location, beautiful views of the ocean, plenty of green landscape m, trees, and relaxation spots for winding down. Excellent food located on property, and staff were all friendly and helpful.
The bathroom could use an update, but the positive ls far outweigh the bathroom decor.
We will be back at the Fairmont SM.
