"The staff is excellent and exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Dini, buggy driver Sanjeev, trip coordinator Melanie, and the wait staff who remembered everything about us. Met some delightful people. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Temperatures of air and ocean are ideal (Oct.). Caution for those who have difficulty with stairs or long walks. There are workarounds, but they require golf carts (“buggies”) to be called."

Throughout our stay the housekeeping was exceptional Ronny was cleaning our room for our stay and he went above and beyond and made the stay even better!! Not a common sight but this was truly appreciated. Kishan at the beach bar a wonderful human. Always jolly quick with drinks. Rai one of his colleagues also the same just fantastic. Soburan the towel lady was phenomenal asked about the holiday what we were up to genuinely Engaging with holidayers. The boat house staff all of them fantastic. Free kayaking yes please. The restaurant staff. Nitin super shy very attentive. No empty glasses of water. Shaffick was asked for chilli sauce once and remebered every time. How fantastic. Masala tea. Was brought out for us daily. I cannot rate this hotel Highly enough !!"
