Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms, cozy inn with locals coming in for dinner, wish I could have stayed longer beyond the wedding I was visiting for.
Oh! And there was a cute sheep sitting outside!

There weren't shops or much nearby. But i think the purpose of this lodge is that you get to see the countryside and visit the 3 peaks Yorkshire as it's the closet by 27 mins drive. Plus it got a bath tub which is needed after a long hike.
