Nice stay in Bakuriani

the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap for free. we walked to that hotel but they asked to charge us a fee and was disappointed. the breakfast is light and suits the not very hungry guests.

Die Lage ist gut, da fußläufig zu zwei Liftanlagen. Mit Englisch und Russisch kommt man einigermaßen zum Ziel, es kann aber mehrerer Kommunikationsanläufe benötigen. Der Spabereich ist einfach aber funktional.
