Everything about this wonderful hotel situated in the heart of the Old City in Baku can be recommended. The staff were all very warm, friendly. Most helpful and professional. We were able to return from exploring and discovering the many beautiful sites of Azerbaijan back to the comfort of a lovely room. Overlooking the cobbled street of the city.

I had a great experience at this hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Baku Old City. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the city. The amenities were excellent, and I loved the delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baku!

Everything was perfect except for one thing. When I checked in, they tried to make me pay more for a larger room. At first it was an upsale, better option, bigger room. I declined. Then they tell me I MUST PAY MORE since my room is not available. I said no. Then they say I can pay more for just one night but I will have to change rooms tomorrow. I refuse. Eventually, after a phone call to the manager, they agree to let me have a room at my reservation price but I will have to change rooms in the morning. I agree. In the morning they new staff tells me to stay in my room, no change. I have NEVER had a hotel tell me to pay more when they don't have my room available. Unbelievable.
