Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it."

"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service!
